Vintage Express Electric Blue Suede Mini Skirt Sz 3/4

Vintage Express suede mini skirt, electric blue. Size 3/4. High waisted with 4 belt loops and a back zip closure and kick pleat in back. Shell is 100% leather with 100% nylon inner lining. Used but wearable condition. Small hole at the top of kickpleat seam, shown in picture with penny for size reference.
