Vintage Express (1990’s) Brown High Rise Corduroy Button Down Skirt XS (25”)

This is such a cool find! It’s a late 80’s - early 90’s vintage Express mini skirt. It fits high rise, has a skater skirt fit, a full button down closure, and an amazing. corduroy fabric. It is marked as a size 1-2 which would be best on a 24-25” waist. It is a mini skirt but it has a nice length to it and is not too short. Great condition. 100% Cotton. Made in China.
