Fourth Edition, Revised (200th Thousand) Copyright by E.L. Sheldon No published date on this book that I can find. Measures 4 x 5.25 inches. As shown in the pictures the pages have come off of the binding and there is a rip on the first page. The pages show yellowing. Most of the pages of this book are together but about the first 12 pages and the last 12 or so pages are not. 🏝️
