Beautiful classic designer dress by Raul Blanco. Raul’s dresses typically go for hundreds of dollars. His design is so unique! The full tulle skirt has a velvet ribbon design and iridescent colors throughout. Top and main part of dress is polyester. Sleeveless. This has a loose hem in the front pleat. Would be an easy fix, so I’m discounting. Additional hem issues that are not visible underneath in the tulle skirt hem. Size tag is missing. Measurements: Length: 38” Armpit to Armpit: 19”
