Vintage European bracelet bangle plastic green carved flower pattern 1970s

EUC Vintage European 1970s green flower pattern plastic bangle bracelet from my personal retro collection. I have owned this bracelet since the 70s and it has only been worn a few times. The bangle has shiny heavily carved elegant fronds and flowers. There is a discrepancy between antique experts regarding the origin as follows: 1) Some experts identify this from Marion Godart Paris ‘Fleurs’ an Art Nouveau French designer. The designer does not sign her work and there are no markings in this bracelet which is consistent with my research. 2) Other experts state that this was made in W. Germany. There is no "Made in West Germany" sticker on the inside of the bracelet nor any impressions where the sticker may have been.
