Vintage European Pea Coat

Heavy wool double breasted pea coat. Brass buttons, and belted back. Beautiful coat. Cool patch on the sleeve. Not sure if it is French, Algerian, Belgian or what. Bought in the 90s from Army Navy store. Guessing it’s from 80s or even 70s. Some staining on front but it’s under the double breasted side. See pictures.
