Vintage European 14K Silver Diamond Small Earrings

Beautiful older earrings from Europe. They have tiny diamonds (4 per earring) as well as larger clear stones which are not diamonds and I don’t know what they are. The four diamonds per earring that are on the vine or stem of the floral design are different color grade and size. They have been tested. Gold part is 14k, White part is most likely silver. The blackened part i believe was made intentionally. They don’t have hallmarks but tested by a jeweler and again gold part is 14k.
