National Silver Plate E.P.N.S. Serving Spoon Pattern: Gramercy 1930 - Good to fair condition. ITEM DETAILS & CONDITION NOTES The handle is in good condition with some scratches from use & storage. The bowl of the spoon has a lot of scratches & the back of the spoon has areas where the silver plating has actually worn off. The spoon does have a lot of scratches, but is solid, no bends & in very usable condition. The scratches from use & storage are to be expected of vintage & antique items. Measures 8.25" long x 1.75" wide (at bowl). Item has been lightly cleaned & polished. May come up brighter & cleaner with more extensive polish. See photos for visual details of condition. Interesting Info: The "E.P.N.S." refers to Electroplate Nickel Silver. Items with the labeling are Nickel silver alloy of nickel, copper & zinc covered with a layer of pure silver in an electrochemical process.
