Vintage En Francais by Huey Waltzer Formal Maxi Event Party Skirt. Pleated in front, ruched elastic in back. I'm not a size 4 right now (closer to a 6), but this still fits me, so there's some room :) Also a nice side zip and clasp. Fully lined and hanging straps built in. This is really flattering and would look great with heels at a formal event or a cocktail party :)
