Vintage Emerald and Diamond Cocktail 14 Kt Gold Ring Women's Size 7

Vintage Emerald and Diamond Ring Women's Size 7--very pretty, Bought approx 1984. This is my personal ring and it has been stored in a jewelry chest for years. It is a little dirty. May need a good cleaning. 14K is marked on inside of gold band. All 5 diamonds are intact. There is 1 missing Emerald stone. It should have 18 emeralds but it only has 17. I think this would be considered a medium size cocktail ring. It is not large nor is it small. Please see pictures for measurements. Ring weighs 3 grams.
