Vintage Embroidered Penguin High Rise Jeans by Quacker Factory 26/27” Waist These are SO unique! I’ve never seen anything like them. Penguins wearing little tiny scarves are embroidered all over these super high rise vintage jeans! Tag size 12 but they are very small-the waist measures 26”-27” with some stretch but not much. Model is a 28” and while they fit, it’s a snug fit. The rest of the measurements are in photos!
