True vintage A-line mini dress . It’s 50s or 60s. The top area has flicked and raised spots that have turned an off white color due to age. Skirt area has mini strawberries / hearts (?) embroidery all around skirt. Lined skirt. Sadly there’s some flaws as seen in last photos.
