Unique clear glass bottle with embossed lettering. Bottle top has a pour edge. One side of the bottle is embossed with "URINE SPECIMEN BOTTLE" Other side is embossed with graduated ounce measurement markers up to 6 fl oz 180 CC. Bottom is embossed with "Professional Specialties Co Profex" I bought this at a second hand store in the early 1990s and used it as a flower vase for many years.
