Vintage Emanuel Ungaro Layered Skirt

In excellent vintage condition. Silky plaid fabric that comes together in a sort of wrap around fashion, double layered in the front. The first layer fastens at the hip with a button and the next layer fastens both layers together with snaps at the opposite hip. *The skirts are attached to each other by a little string at the back near the bottom and it lifts up a bit at that spot,I don't believe that is a flaw but see pictures to make your best judgement.
