Incredible black velvet skirt pieced on the diagonal so moves like a bias cut. High waisted. Slimmer at top then flares. Amazing piece. Hate to let it go but sometimes you just have to. Tag size 9/10 but Its vintage I wore this a ton and I am generally small. Waist 12.4” total length 44+” diagonal zipper w hook and eye closure 😍
