Vintage Elgin Diamond & Blue Gemstone Accented Bezel Cocktail Watch

Vintage Elgin diamond and blue gemstone accented bezel cocktail watch. Watch features a marquis shape bezel accented with 4 tiny diamonds (setting makes it appear to be more) and two blue marquis shape gemstones (unsure if natural stones). The dial is marked, "Elgin, Diamond Quartz," and "Japan Movt" at bottom edge. Case back is marked, "Base Metal Bezel, Elgin, EPS32, 009, 5Y30, Battery 379, Stainless Steel Back." Watch case with bezel measures approx. 16mm across excluding crown, and watch with link bracelet band measures approx. 7 1/4" (max wrist size of approx. 6 5/8"). No additional links available, but links can be removed to fit a smaller wrist. Watch is in good vintage condition with some light imperfections in the crystal (only visible to me with magnification) and light scuffs / scratches to the case and band.
