Elegant glass dispenser with intricate wrought iron metalwork stand. Features a charming brass bear stopper on top. Includes a decorative lantern attachment that opens to accept a tea light candle. The glass is etched with grape vines. The stand is adorned with similar iron grape vines. The grape leaves and latern have a warm patina. The base has a fixed scallop spill plate.
