Vintage Elegant Cream Floral Dress

Gorgeous vintage dress from the 90s. Buttons all the way down, and fits a size ten. Has shoulder pads and a few areas of discoloration (but I think some spots will come out if washed/dry cleaned - please see photos!) shoulder pads can be cut out to make the shape more modern.
