Vintage Elegant Black Sleeveless Lace Dress Or Negligee (Needs a little TLC)

This elegant black delicate yet sturdy lace dress is amazingly intact! Dress or negligee? With the right undergarments, this would be a beautiful evening dress. Sold as is, age not known, although I have sold a similar elegant negligee from my mother in this closet, so maybe 40s-60s? In this closet I have a matching lace shrug. See photo and search black lace. Many of the following details are in the video. I have included as many photos as allowed. V neck, front and back. Sleeveless Has a V seam to midline seam at around hips/pelvic area in front and back. Has a series of 3 vertical 2 1/2 " darts on front bodice area, both sides, starting about 3-4" from underarm seam and ending at horizontal darts? Approximately 48" from V of neck to bottom of garment. P2P 18" Slight stretch. Hips approximate at 36" Belt (Original?) Has belt loops on both side seams, about 36". One end unfinished, other finished end comes to a point. No snaps, fasteners. Bottom of garment flares with slight scalloped hem? Total width about 90" Garment intact except for a couple of holes in material as shone in photos. Could be easily repaired.
