Vintage Effanbee Doll

Vintage Effanbee baby doll, likely from the mid-20th century (1940s-1950s). She is in pretty good condition but as you will see around the neck there are marks that I do not want to push cleaning off since I don't know exactly what to use on her nor do I want to ruin her. I tried doing some research on what doll she is exactly and I am not sure so price is definitely negotiable especially since she will still need some cleaning done by her new owner..
