Vintage Eddie Bauer spring summer chore barn utility jacket

Tag says small & I’m guessing this is men’s sizing but would work for women’s medium to large depending on fit preference. Lightweight great for spring & summer. One lower arm / wrist is damaged, looks like someone was actually using this for … chores! Faint stains on front looks like maybe coffee. I haven’t tried to clean.
