Vintage Early 90's Leopard Print Ruffle Top

Early '90s crazy shoulder weirdness! Mostly cotton composition (97%) with spandex (3%) for a more comfortable fit. HUGE ruffle shoulders and unecessary - but - totally necessary sparkly butttons. Tuck it into to high waisted tapered trousers (or classic skinnies) and pair with pointed toe boots (or classic combats) for the best retro style.
