Vintage Early 20th C. Vantines Bronzed Monk Incense Burner Figurine with Lantern

Vintage 1900-1920s Vantines Bronzed Monk Incense Burner Figurine with Lantern 9" H This piece dates to the early part of the 20th century and would have been imported by the NY-based company Vantines. The base would have had a center plate with the company name and style number but at some point of the last 100 years it was removed--what you see is a blob of metal to weight the base. This appears to be bronzed metal but we cannot say with 100% certainty; weighs about 10 OZ. The lantern detaches so you can insert a cone of incense. All pieces are in excellent vintage condition with their patina intact. We do not polish vintage metal; you may wish to do so. Stands about 9" tall to tip of the lantern and the base is about 3" wide. Condition: Excellent pre-owned with no known flaws. Vintage, handmade and pre-owned items may have slight imperfections or signs of light use. Anything major that compromises the value or integrity of the piece will be listed.
