Vintage ESPO Gold (?) Ring with Clear Stones

A beautiful gemstone ring it is inscribed on the inside. I took pictures. It says something like 14 KTG ESPO, I was reading online that the ESO probably means that it was designed by Joseph . I think it’s a size 9 or a 10 because I were and it is a little bit for me, I tried to clean the gemstones, they are a bit cloudy…..open to all questions and offers.
