Vintage EFFANBEE Patsy Playtime Doll

Hard to find vinyl Playtime Patsy doll from Effanbee. Approximately 12” tall. Never removed from original box except to take photos. I noticed some faint spots and musty smell on her dress that I believe came from storage. Would likely clean up with a rinse or delicate hand wash.
