Vintage Duck "Go To School with..." Lunch Box Thermal Container VERY RARE

VERY RARE Kmart Vintage Duck "Go To School with..." Lunch Box and Thermal Container I have had several conversations about this being a version of Woody Woodpecker in Duck form. See pictures for condition. The lunch box is green plastic and has one crack (pictured). Opens and closes easily. The latch is good, and the handle is perfect. The thermos has the cup that screws on the top and an inner cap as seen in the pictures. In great condition. Cannot find a manufacturer name anywhere on it, but I did see similar that were sold exclusively at Kmart. Dates are conflicting. It is either 70s or 90s.
