Features richly marbled faux-tortoiseshell plastic with embossed geometric beaded design on the lid and a raised stepped edge. Displays classic Art Deco / mid-century styling. This piece was likely produced between the 1930s and 1950s, when DuBois specialized in molded plastics for jewelry and vanity accessories.
