Vintage Dress/Jacket Set

Super cute brown sleeveless vintage dress with white trim details with a matching multicolor striped jacket to match- brown, red, white and turquoise. Great preowned condition other than one small spot where the seam has come undone (see in photos). Would be a super easy fix. No brand tag. There’s a size tag that says size 18 but I don’t think that’s accurate as vintage sizing is quite different now- see measurements in photos to see how it fits. I would estimate the size to be a small or medium.
