Vintage Dress in great condition

A beautiful striped dress that I have only worn once. It is in great shape and has an awesome structure to it that you can only find in vintage or expensive clothing. There is no size on it but due to the elastic waistband I believe either a medium or small could wear it. I'm a size 4 now but I bought it when I was between a 6 and 8 and it fit me then and now.
