Empire bodice. No fabric tag but guessing poly spandex or something stretchy 🌈 Two layers of pleated ruffles fall asymmetrically with satin piping along edges. High low maxi. Fully lined. Length at longest point, shoulder to hem 68" Pit to Pit flat 15" but there's at least 3" give with stretch Waist flat 13" but allow at least 3" stretch Hip 15" flat then stretch There are tiny small pulls that are mostly hidden with pleats.
