Vintage Double-Breasted Belted Trench Coat Size M Geometric Print Lined

Please see photos for details. The lady that I got it from removed the bottom button, and added it to the top of the coat to appear as the top double breasted button. The top button for that position is still in place inside the coat, and I am not sure why she didn't use that for the replacement, but she said that she didn't want to button it so tight, but wanted it to look as if she did. So, the button can be moved back down. The button on one arm is loose, and will need to be sewn back tighter. Otherwise, the coat is in extremely good condition.
