Vintage Donna Morgan! Rich burgundy velvet top with rose accents along neckline, matching skirt in a sateen like material. The skirt falls to below the knee/mid shin length. This set is amazing, in perfect condition, with incredible details- like the moderately puffed sleeves at the shoulder seams. This would be such a statement piece for the vintage closet.
