I believe this is from the first resort or spring Donna Karan collection from 1986. The bodysuit is 100% cotton. Plunging neckline, rouched back around the neck closes with four hooks and eyes, as shown in one of the photos; the lower back is elasticized; the crotch is fastened with two snaps. Hand washable. Very good condition, rarely worn. This garment has been stored and recently cleaned. I will be selling 2 other pieces from this Donna Karan collection.
