Vintage Disney The Little Mermaid Framed Artwork 15" x 12" Ursula/Flotsam/Jetsam

This is a vintage framed 15" x 12" Artwork/Lithograph (?) of Disney's The Little Mermaid featuring Ursula, Flotsam, & Jetsam. The colored portion of the artwork measures 9" x 12". With the white boarder it takes it to 11" x 14". Framed it measures 13" x 16". It is in pre-owned condition. The only issues I can see are to the frame, not the artwork. SEE PHOTOS.
