Vintage Disney Parks Disneyland it's a small world India Girl Bean Bag Plush

This plush is one of the 9 inch "it's a small world" Children of the World plush available at Disney Stores and Disney theme parts in the mid 1990s. The line included plush that resembled the Children of the World animatronic plush from Disney's "it's a small world" attraction. This bean bag plush is hard to find as it was only available inside of Disneyland (as noted by the "Disneyland" logo on the tag.) The plush has embroidered features including eyes, eyebrows and smile. India girl is wearing a stylized version of the original "India girl" costume designed by Imagineers Alice Davis and Mary Blair. The plush has a fuchsia skirt with gold trim, a white floral print shirt with hot pink sleeves and a pink collar. She also has a green tie around her waist, a white veil and gold colored fabric headpiece. The plush has metallic gold color ribbon embellishments to replicate the jewelry of the India girl found in the "it's a small world" attraction. The India Girl plush was exclusively available at Disneyland in the mid 1990s. The plush is retired and is no longer available. Condition: This plush is in great condition with the original tag. There is a crease on the lower left corner of the "Disneyland" hangtag. The "warning" hang tag has a crease across the tag and residue from the price tag. The bottom of the veil has a small run.
