@india0325 hey! I think they do. My calves are pretty skinny so I’m not completely sure but there’s an influencer that I follow whose calves are a bit on the thicker side, who has these boots & wears them a lot. Her name is ishateria if you wanna go look. She has them in black.

@kaybaby112 hey! Too be safe yes. I was a 39 & they fit perfectly but without socks. My feet got a half size bigger from pregnancy & I had to refind them in a 40. The 40 fits comfortably with a sock. Hope this helps
