Vintage Dior Leather and Suede Boston Bag 😍

The perfect bag for fall! Tan, brown leather and taupe suede. GORGEOUS, rare and in great vintage condition, lots of pretty character without any major flaws. Vintage Dior lock alone is worth the purchase! Lock is non-functional, does not have a key hole. Hardware in good condition, leather shows normal age and patina, corners show wear but exterior has no rips or tears, handles in great condition. Only visible stains are minor - close to the bottom of one side on the leather (in photos) and a small interior stain. Otherwise interior is a jacquard logo pattern - pristine with no tears or fraying. One small zipper pocket inside. An interesting FYI (that I didn’t know until I looked it up because I had never seen a “scotchguard” tag before)… Yes, at least some vintage Christian Dior items were treated with Scotchgard, as evidenced by tags and product descriptions on items from the 1970s and later. While Dior is known for using fine European fabrics like cotton, silk, and wool, some bags were also explicitly marketed as being treated with the brand's own "Garanti Scotchgard" finish for added protection.
