Vintage Diane Freis cotton skirt and top set navy white one size almost new cond

Beautiful skirt and top set in a deep midnight navy blue and white. 100% Swiss cotton, hand wash, made in Hong Kong. Retro shoulder pads have poufy sleeves with extra fluff in the sleeves, and a handy bra strap anchor ribbon to snap it to the bra. The outfit still has the extra button bag attached, and it seems to have been at least tried on or worn briefly without removing the button bag. No price tag is attached. One button on the front is loose, please see pictures. The skirt has an elastic waist and a pleated "slit" at the back. No pockets. My mannequin is a size medium, please see measurements for fit.
