Vintage desktop Pike "Better Moistener" for stamps and envelopes. Fill with water and run stamp or envelope across brush to moisten. Gray and silver. 4-3/4"w x 3-1/2"d x 2-3/4"h. Made of heavy ceramic and metal. Weighs 1.8 lbs. Rusty on the inside, but looks pretty good on the outside. A collectible desktop vintage item!
