Vintage Derby Silver Co Quadruple Plate Tea Pot The Derby Silver Co. was founded in Shelton, Connecticut, in 1872, merged with the International Silver Co. in 1898, and closed in 1933 as a victim of the Great Depression. This pot bearing the Derby name was most likely made before 1898. It does have tarnish that can be cleaned or not. Preowned good condition for its age. Think Downton Abbey or the Gilded Age.
