Description: Vintage Depression Glass ~ Opalescent ~ Macbeth Evans ~ 'Sweetheart' 6" Saucer. This is vintage Glass Opalescent Monax White Macbeth Evans American Sweetheart Saucer Dessert Plate. These plates were manufactured by the Macbeth Evans Glass Company between 1930 and 1936. They feature a fairy-like milky opalescent sheen and the American Sweetheart pattern. The glass is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This beautiful plate would make a perfect accompaniment to a fancy tea set or as a side plate for an elegant brunch, and a wonderful addition for any Depression Glass collector!
