Vintage Denim Western Midi Button Down Shirt Dress Women's Small-Medium

I couldn't find a tag anywhere but the buttons told me it was a vintage West Cal. 45 There are a few flaws! One on the back that looks like a bleach spot but no hole! The other is on the right sleeve. The snap part of the button is missing but the closures to the cuffs are all present! Two side seamed pockets and two breast pockets that snap.
