Vintage 1970's Delft Blue Hand Painted Windmill Plate Dish. This plate has a beautifully hand painted blue and white windmill scene on the front with blue trim. There are holes on the back for hanging or use as a catchall trinket dish. Stamped on the back. Made in Holland. Measures approximately: 4" x 4" x 1" Good pre-owned vintage condition.
