Vintage Decorative Brass Pineapple Trinket/Jewelry Box and coasters

Beautiful brass trinket box with a pineapple coasters design. Features green and orange accents. The box itself is brass with felt pads on the bottom (to prevent scratching furniture). The lid and the coasters have an inlaid enamel or cloisonné-style design with a pineapple motif — a symbol of hospitality and welcome. The coasters nest neatly inside the box when not in use, making it a practical and decorative set. Age & Origin These were popular in the 1960s–1980s, often imported from India. Brass with enamel inlay was a common export craft item. The felt pads suggest mid-20th century or later, as that became standard for protecting tabletops.
