Vintage Deadstock Douglas Marc wool pencil skirt green midi made in USA teal

A very cool piece. This skirt is lined. This is marked a size 14 - bit those are vintage sizes ;) True waist is 14 inch across (28 inch waist) Please note two callouts - there is a mark on the front (I think would come out in laundry.
