Vintage De Carlini Blown Glass Cat Ornament

Vintage De Carlini cat ornament. I'm presuming it's a cat since it has a whiskers and a sytlized tail. It is attached to what seems to be a piece of geen cardboard that is serving as a base. The cardboard does show wear. The ornament itself is in good condition with some slight wear on the red color on the tip of the tail. Size is approximately 3.5 inches.
