Front buttons covered with same fabric. Slits on the sides. Size 42...please check pictures for measurements. Im size medium with strong shoulders and I found it fits well..just a bit loose/not tight at the shoulders...so would say fits large-medium In very good vintage condition no material tag ... Looks like a silky polyester
