A feminine sweetheart neckline lends way to a defined gathered / ruched empire waist and flowy skirt. The most delicate silk with a hint of stretch (almost mesh - like). A dainty lettuce edge ruffle around the top of the dress and around the hem. Ruched down the bodice (down the center and at either side seam) creates a lovely draped effect. Double layer lining, but still very lightweight.
