Vintage Cynthia Rowley shimmer hand-painted floral dress - EUC!!

This vintage Cynthia Rowley dress is stunning with a metallic threading embroidery and hand painted floral design adding a unique and artistic touch to this little beauty. It is fully lined and the outer layer is made of a sheer or semi-sheer fabric, possibly silk or a silk blend. This vintage is from the 90s. The dress has a V-neck and a fitted silhouette, falling to about knee-length. Side zip closure. I don't know the exact original size because I had it hand tailored to fit me. It does not have much give so please see estimated measurements taken lying flat.
