Vintage Custom/Homemade Cotton Maxi Dress with Crochet Top w/ ribbon bow tie

Gahhh this dress is a dream! A beautiful, rare find. The lace crochet upper is so pretty! And the ribbon that goes through the collar trim makes it adjustable so it can be made tighter or looser for your preference. This must’ve been a customer or home piece. There are no tags. The skirt feels like cotton The home is a little bit dingy just from touching the floor, but pretty clean, considering how I’ve seen some other dresses in the past be very dirty, but there are a couple little marks that will probably come out with a wash/stain treatment for reference the mannequin wears a size XS-S but I can fit it and I’m a bigger medium on top and XL hips so it can fit a variety of sizes Approximate flay lay: armpit to armpit: 17-19” high waist 17.5” Sleeve length: 8” length: 54”
